What does ADAVIC provide? ![]()

Support, friendship, encouragement and recovery management. Our aim is to assist people who suffer from:
- Panic Disorder
- Social Phobia
- Agoraphobia
- General Anxiety
- Depression
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Self-Esteem issues
The services we provide include:
- Telephone support and information service that operates from Monday to Friday
- Online Discussion Board for chatting with others in the community
- Weekly support group meetings
- Regular lectures, seminars and workshops
- Referral service to therapists specialising in anxiety and mood disorders
- An in-depth Quarterly Newsletter
- Information & Support for Carers
- Online Store with self-help books, CDs, Workshops & Lectures
